PRODUCT INFORMATION

The ratio of real tomatoes that goes into an ounce of Amore Double Concentrated Tomato Paste is much higher than the number of tomatoes in an ounce of typical “concentrated” tomato paste. Approximately 6 tomatoes go into every ounce of our product, versus 4.5 tomatoes in the typical tomato paste product. This results in a more intense taste as well as a slightly higher naturally occurring sugar level.
You should use an equivalent amount, but you will find that using Amore Tomato Paste gives your recipe a fuller tomato flavor.
Yes, by combining 3/8 of cup of Amore Tomato Paste with 1/2 cup of water you will get a rich tomato sauce.
Yes, one half teaspoon of our Amore Anchovy Paste is equivalent to one anchovy fillet.
Our Cooking Paste products have a long shelf life due to the convenient tube packaging. The "Best By Date" is printed on each box and tube. Pastes are g ood to use for up to 8 months upon arrival. After opening the tubes, they should be refrigerated and used within 45 days for optimal enjoyment.

The Ready-to-Eat Vegetables products also have a “Best By Date” printed on the back of each package, please refrigerate any unused product after opening.
No, all our products are Non-GMO Project Verified.
Each package contains specific information as to ingredients used and any potential allergens used in our facility. The only potential allergens for Amore products are the following:
Cooking Pastes:
- Tree Nuts (pine nuts & cashews)
- Fish (anchovies)
Ready-to-Eat Vegetables:
- Wheat
- Tree Nuts
- Dairy
Amore products do not contain any gluten ingredients. However, we do not regularly test our products for gluten.
The tubes are made of a special aluminum alloy and are manufactured to meet food grade standards. This makes all the products taste less "tinny" than products packed in cans.

We process most product orders within 2-3 business days; however, there are instances when orders may take longer (5-8 business days). Order processing is a different procedure, separate from shipping. To estimate delivery time, please consider the following steps:

  • Time the order is received by our office can sometimes be delayed up to 24 hours.
  • The actual processing time of the order.
  • UPS Ground Delivery time varies depending on the distance.
  • Our Customer Service and Fulfillment Department are open Monday thru Friday, 9 AM to 5:00 PM EST to assist you with any questions you may have concerning an order. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We are unable to process orders on weekends and holidays.
    Please note that all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
    If we haven’t yet purchased the shipping for your order, we can cancel your order and provide a refund upon request.
    We are unable to add/remove any items to an existing order. If there are more items you would like to purchase, you will need to create a new order. If you need to change the shipping address, please reach out to us at 833-592-5336, ext. 2 or use the chat feature so that we may assist you.
    When you place your order, your payment will be authorized and charged. If your order is canceled for any reason, your card will be refunded within 5-10 business days. The exact timeframe for removal is determined by your card’s issuing bank.
    If you are experiencing a non-delivery of your package (more than 30 days after your package was shipped), we will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used). Amore Brands Fulfillment does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We are unable to issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

    If you live in an apartment, condo, or multi-unit building, UPS/USPS requires your apartment or unit number and/or building number when entering your shipping information.
