Ingredients
- 1/2cup olive oil
- 2tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2tbsp Amore Anchovy Paste
- 1tsp Amore Garlic Paste
- salt and pepper, freshly ground, to taste

- Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well until blended.
