Bring a large pot of water to boiling. Add the pasta and salt to taste. Drain, reserving some of the cooking water.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a deep skillet. Add the Amore Garlic Paste and cook over moderate heat until golden, about 2 minutes. Add the Amore Tomato Paste and stir for 1 minute. Add tomatoes and oregano, cook for 3 minutes. Add the Amore Borlotti Beans with ¼ cup of water and simmer for 5 minutes. Add ¼ cup more water and simmer for 3 minutes. Season with salt.
Add the pasta to the skillet with a little of the cooking water if dry. Simmer for 1 minute and add the olives. Ladle into bowls and serve hot with grated Pecorino Romano and a touch of olive oil.
