Cannellini Bean and Pancetta Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 oz. pancetta , diced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Amore Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Amore Herb Paste
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 pouch (4.9 oz) Amore® Cannellini Beans

- 4 pocket-less pitas or naan breads
- 8 slices Mozzarella cheese , sliced (or 6 oz mozzarella, shredded)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven with a pizza stone to 450°. In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil and add the pancetta over moderate heat, until crisp about 10 minutes; transfer to a plate. Add the Amore Garlic, Herb Paste and crushed pepper to skillet and cook for 1 minute. Add the Amore Cannellini Beans and partially mash them, add the pancetta and season with salt.
- Brush the pita with remaining oil and spread the bean mixture on all. Top with 2 slices of cheese each. Bake the pitas until the cheese is bubbling, about 7 minutes. Transfer to place and serve.
