Heat the olive oil in a deep pot over medium heat. Add the onion, Amore Garlic Paste, cook until softened, about 8-10 minutes. Add the Amore Cannellini Beans, Amore Herb Paste, tomatoes, crushing with your hands, raising the heat to high until liquid is almost completely reduced, 12-15 minutes. Add wine, bring soup to a rapid boil for about 5 minutes. Add water, bring to a boil and add pasta. Reduce heat to medium and cook soup, stirring occasionally, 6-8 minutes of until pasta is cooked al dente. Add escarole and cook until wilted, about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
Ladle into bowls and serve hot with grated parmesan and a touch of olive oil.
