Clam Fettucini
  1. Bring a large pot of water to boiling. Add the pasta and salt to taste. Drain, reserving some of the cooking water.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet, add cook AmoreĀ® Garlic Paste for about 1 min over medium high heat.
  3. Add AmoreĀ® Clam Juice, white wine and clams and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the clams open. Discard any that do not open.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and pasta to the skillet, season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to taste. Add a little reserved cooking water if dry.
  5. Serve hot with grated cheese and garnish with Italian parsley.
