Heat 4-6 quarts of water to a boil. Add olive oil and salt to taste. Add Amore Four Cheese Ravioli, reduce heat and boil gently for 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain, retaining ½ cup pasta water. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Amore Tomato and Garlic Pastes and stir well. Add heavy cream and a pinch of salt. Simmer until thick, about 5 minutes. Turn off heat. Add peas and cook one minute more. Pour drained pasta in the skillet, adding reserved water if needed. Turn off heat and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Serve immediately.
