Heat 4-6 quarts of water to boil. Add olive oil and salt to taste. Add Amore Four Cheese Ravioli, reduce heat and boil gently for 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain. Melt butter in a skillet large enough to hold the pasta over medium heat. Add the shallots and cook until golden; about 2 minutes. Add the Amore Tomato Paste and crushed red pepper to taste. Cook, stirring, 1 minute or until blended. Add the heavy cream and vodka and cook for 1 additional minute. Pour the drained pasta into the skillet. Add grated parmesan and toss well. Serve immediately.
