Heat olive oil in a deep skillet. Add the Amore Garlic Paste and cook over moderate heat until golden, about 2 minutes. Add the Amore Tomato Paste, salt and pepper and stir for 1 minute. Add the Amore Garbanzo Beans, pasta and water. Bring to a simmer stirring until the sauce is uniform. Turn the heat down and let it simmer away for 15 minutes, or until the pasta is tender and much of the liquid is reduced and absorbed.
Ladle into bowls and serve hot with grated parmesan and a touch of olive oil.
