Garlic Anchovy Fettuccini with Artichoke Hearts & Capers

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb fettuccini (or your favorite pasta)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp Amore Garlic Paste
- 1/3 cup white wine
- 3 tbsp Amore Anchovy Paste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 bag (4.4 oz) Amore Artichoke Hearts
- 2 tbsp capers
- salt and pepper , to taste
- red pepper flakes , to taste
- Italian parsley , as garnish
- grated parmesan cheese , to taste

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to boiling. Add the pasta and salt to taste. Drain, reserving some of the cooking water.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet, add Amore® Garlic Paste and cook for about 1 min over medium high heat.
- Add white wine and simmer for 5 mins. Stir in Amore® Anchovy Paste and lemon juice.
- Add pasta to the skillet with Amore® Artichoke Hearts and capers; include salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste. Add a little reserved cooking water if dry.
- Serve hot with grated cheese and garnish with Italian parsley.
