Garlic Anchovy Fettuccini with Artichoke Hearts & Capers

  1. Bring a large pot of water to boiling. Add the pasta and salt to taste. Drain, reserving some of the cooking water.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet, add Amore® Garlic Paste and cook for about 1 min over medium high heat.
  3. Add white wine and simmer for 5 mins. Stir in Amore® Anchovy Paste and lemon juice.
  4. Add pasta to the skillet with Amore® Artichoke Hearts and capers; include salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste. Add a little reserved cooking water if dry.
  5. Serve hot with grated cheese and garnish with Italian parsley.
