Heat 4-6 quarts of water to boil. Add olive oil and salt to taste. Add Amore Pesto & Ricotta Tortellini, reduce heat and boil gently for 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain. Melt butter in a skillet large enough to hold the pasta over low heat. Add Amore Herb Paste and stir. Pour the drained pasta into the skillet and toss well. Sprinkle with grated parmesan to taste. Serve immediately.
