  1. Heat 4-6 quarts of water to boil. Add olive oil and salt to taste. Add Amore Porcini Mushroom Mezzaluna, reduce heat and boil gently for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain, reserving ΒΌ cup pasta water. Cook the pancetta in a skillet large enough to hold the pasta until crisp. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Add the Amore Garlic Paste and Porcini mushrooms to the skillet; cooking for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the peas until heated through; 2 to 3 minutes. Gently mix the pasta in the skillet, adding reserved pasta water and sprinkle with pancetta. Add grated parmesan and toss well. Serve immediately.
