Heat 4-6 quarts of water to boil. Add 1 tbsp olive oil and salt to taste. Add Amore Sun-Dried Tomato & Artichoke Mezzaluna, reduce heat and boil gently for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain. Heat remaining olive oil and Amore Garlic Paste in a skillet large enough to hold the pasta over low heat and stir. Add in the basil until combined. Pour the drained pasta into the skillet and toss. Serve immediately.
