Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cut squash into 5 1/2 inch slices. Roast for 10-12 minutes. Take out and let cool.
  3. Layer ricotta on roasted squash wheels.
  4. Blend sun-dried tomatoes,Amore® Sun-Dried Tomato Paste, fresh basil, Amore® Garlic Paste, salt and pepper to create a tomato chutney (pulse for chunkier texture) and scoop on top of ricotta.
