In a 5 qt Dutch oven, brown sausage. Remove sausage and drain, reserving the drippings. Sauté the onions and Amore Garlic Paste in the drippings, until softened. Stir in beef broth, wine, chopped tomatoes, Amore Herb and Tomato Paste to combine. Then add back the sausage and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
Skim fat from soup. Stir in Amore Grilled Peppers and parsley. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes; then add Amore Tortellini for an additional 10 minutes. Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
