Tre Legumes Orzo Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups orzo pasta
- 6 oz feta , crumbled
- 2 pouches (4.9 oz) Amore® Cannellini Beans
- 2 pouches (4.9 oz) Amore® Borlotti Beans
- 2 pouches (4.9 oz) Amore® Garbanzo Beans
- 1 pt grape tomatoes , cut in half
- 1/4 cup basil , chopped
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper , to taste

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to boiling. Add the pasta and salt to taste. Drain and chill.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Once cooled, mix pasta with Amore Cannellini Borlotti and Garbanzo Beans, along with the tomatoes, feta and basil. Mix in dressing and chill.
