Serve this zesty dressing on mixed greens,
sliced avocadoes, green beans, or tomatoes.
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp Amore Anchovy Paste
1 tsp Amore Garlic Paste
salt and pepper , freshly ground, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well until blended.
