1 loaf Italian or French bread , sliced into individual rounds
12 oz grape tomatoes
8 oz mozzarella pearls
parmesan cheese, shredded
fresh basil, chopped
1 tube Amore Pesto Paste
- balsamic glaze (optional)
Start by cutting your grape tomatoes in half. Place in a small bowl with the mozzarella pearls. Layout all of your sliced Italian or French bread on your desired serving platter.
Squeeze 1-2 tablespoons of Amore Pesto Paste onto each slice of bread and spread out evenly. Top each round with sliced tomatoes and pearl mozzarella. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, chopped fresh basil & balsamic glaze. Enjoy!
