With pesto and garlic pastes in the refrigerator, it takes only minutes to create a sensational shrimp dinner.
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Amore Garlic Paste
1 lb med shrimp, shelled and deveined
salt and pepper, freshly ground
2 tbsp Amore Pesto Paste
2 tbsp parsley, chopped fresh
- Melt the butter with the oil, in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the Amore Garlic Paste and stir 1 minute. Add in the shrimp and salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook, stirring frequently, until the shrimp are pink and almost cooked through, about 4 minutes. Turn off the heat. Add the Amore Pesto Paste and parsley to the skillet and toss well. Scrape the shrimp and sauce onto a serving platter. Serve hot.
