- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cut squash into 5 1/2 inch slices. Roast for 10-12 minutes. Take out and let cool.
- Layer ricotta on roasted squash wheels.
Blend Amore Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Amore Sun-Dried Tomato Paste, fresh basil, Amore Garlic Paste, salt and pepper to create a tomato chutney (pulse for chunkier texture) and scoop on top of ricotta.
